If you have surveyed a path for us, or simply walked a path and found a problem, please report it to us using the form below.

• If reporting things at multiple points, it’s simplest to fill out and submit the form separately for each point. To refer to points, we suggest to calling them P1, P2 etc. where P1 is where you started on a path.
• Photos are really helpful, especially if you send us photos taken from each side of the problem. But please also include text / voice notes describing what you found – things like step heights and slippiness / muddiness are hard to tell from photos.
• When uploading photos, please send the full original photos, since these will normally include the location they were taken. Otherwise you need to say where in the Location box below.
